I purchased the house in 2020 in amongst the Covid pandemic and from viewing the property right through until completion, Emma Parker was absolutely fantastic. The government's guidance with regards to moving properties continually changed and various delays such as searches/solicitor backlog meant the process took longer than usual. I have to say unlike the estate agency that sold my property, the two businesses could not be more different. The team at Parkers treated me as though I was a special customer and not just another house buyer. I was treated with respect unlike my own estate agency.
