He has built up a successful rapport with clients old and new along the way, and strives to maintain his companies leading reputation in the local area.

Emma adds another dimension to the team here at Parkers taking responsibility for organising the marketing, compliance, HR and finance within Parkers. Emma works mainly on the sales progression and customer care.

Erin is a fundamental part of the team. Her enthusiasm and determination to learn and develop in the industry is infectious and her ambition, maturity and willingness to take on any task makes her an excellent team player. Erin has shown an interest in the housing market from a very young age and continues to flourish in her role. Erin focuses her time on administration, compliance, and sales progression.

Warren joined Parkers back in April 2023 after over 35 years in retail management. He has lived in Dorchester with his family for the last 16 years and has an excellent knowledge of the town and surrounding areas. Warren’s exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills, alongside his in-depth local knowledge, enables him to add an extra dimension to the Parkers team. Warren prides himself on his ability to find and match his clients to a home that suits their needs.

Bobby joined Parkers in early 2023 after starting his career in lettings. Bobby’s passion has always been in sales and so when the opportunity came to work specifically within the sales side of the industry, he was quick to respond. Bobby has a hunger and enthusiasm for the industry that Mark recognises from himself at the same age which we are all keen to develop. Bobby has a very personable nature and is a firm favourite with clients. His drive and determination mean he is keen to help clients find their next home.
Natalie Dixon

Natalie is our latest member of the team and joined Parkers in June 2024 following her degree in English and a career as a Senior Support Worker in a local care home. Natalie has quickly settled into the team and her adaptable nature has seen her take on the role quickly and with immediate success. Natalie has a calm, reassuring and personable nature and desire to progress means she is open and very able to take on the varied roles and challenges the industry has to offer.

Our most popular member of the team, Maddie is our front of house who enjoys meeting and greeting each and every person who visits our office. When not at work, Maddie enjoys spending her time with family, eating anything she can and walking the beautiful countryside Dorset has to offer.
